15 minute Glutes
I’m all for fast workouts as long as they’re effective. Try this circuit, as you can see in the video, I was holding my Glute it was burning so bad!
I was able to get it done and move on to a super busy day with the family.
25 reps each w a medicine ball, you’ll be done in 15 minutes.
Glutes were fired up and the ball was an extra challenge in balance. These are a lot easier on sliders if you have them. (See me wobble 😂)
