Full Body Home Workout

Don't have time to think about what to do?  Try this circuit.  You'll need dumbbells of different weights and a sturdy bench.  That's it!

While I'm kicking off triathlon training, lifting weights will continue to be in my regimen.  It will keep my muscles strong and help prevent injury during long endurance training.  I will be doing this circuit and variations of it and sharing them here for you to follow along if you need some inspiration on what to do at the gym or at home.

Here is the breakdown:

3 sets x 10 reps of each

📍Weighted Squats

📍DB Chest Press

📍Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows

📍Weighted Reverse Lunges

📍Incline Flys

📍Lat Pullovers

📍Step Down Curtsy

📍Incline Bicep Curls

📍Bench Dips .

**Safety tips - be sure that your bench is sturdy and on a flat, level surface.
