10 Minute Abs!

I love a quick circuit to add to the end of a great run or weight session.  Here, hit those lower abs using a bench.  A nice alternative to the plank...elevate!  Your hip flexors will be on fire in an effort to keep these moves going for 60 seconds each.  If that's too much at first, try them for 30 seconds a piece and run the circuit a second time.
