A Dozen Moves to Set Your Booty on Fire!
I know, I know…another Booty workout!
We all know that the key to growing the gains in the trunk are the basic moves: Squats and Lunges. There is no denying that! Here, you get those and little something extra to target not only all the glute muscles, but the supporting leg ones too.
Try adding these to your arsenal of workouts. Do all 12 moves in a row, break them up into sets or take the ones you like most and inject them into your regular lower body routine.
You can make these more challenging by adding additional sets, increasing weight or using heavier bands. At the end of this workout, you should feel spent and your booty will be burning!
