At Home Back and Bicep Workout

Having limited time can be deal maker or breaker when it comes to getting a workout in.

Traveling to and from the gym, dealing with traffic, parking and waiting on other gym goers using the same equipment can compound your allotted 30 minute workout time into an hour and half or maybe even two.

Getting a solid workout at home can be as simple as having a few sets of dumbbells and following a routine that is both efficient and effective.

Here, I joined my husband in his upper body workout. It was all in, 35 minutes and included some core work at the end. There is no reason why you should have to choose one thing over an other because of time. We were able to get our workout in, get cleaned up AND meet friends for dinner!
