I'm a wife, mom of 4 and work outside the house. Over the years, my relationship with fitness has been a rollercoaster of rides. I started to link getting fit with short spurts of time, usually associated with race dates or events. I trained for half marathons, sprint triathlons and even the MS150, twice! However, before, in between and after these events, I went completely MIA from any exercise whatsoever. In addition, nutrition never played a key role, even during training.
On January 1st 2016, I decided that I would make a life long commitment to making fitness a consistent part of my life. I am loving this journey and now that nutrition is a key component, I can feel and see results that I missed before.
I have big goals to being the best me I can be. Being fit over 40 as a mom of 4 is fabulous!! Now, I want to share all that I have learned over the years and help and motivate others to being their healthiest and best too!
